Return Policy

Open Box Delivery

For selected products, customers may inspect the outer package upon delivery to verify:

• Correct product

• Correct quantity

Note: Do not open or damage the manufacturer's sealed packaging. Once the product is accepted, complaints regarding missing or incorrect items may not be accepted.

Closed Box Delivery

For sealed products, packages cannot be opened before delivery.

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Wrong item

• Missing accessories

Please submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and undamaged

• In its original packaging

• Returned with all accessories, manuals, tags, and invoices

CartX reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Software & digital products

• Customized or personalized products

• Hygiene and personal care products

• Innerwear

• Food & consumable items

• Gift cards and vouchers

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and successfully inspected, your refund will be processed.

Estimated Refund Time

Refunds include the product price. Shipping charges may be refunded only if the return is due to a CartX error (wrong, defective, or damaged product).

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and customers should follow the return process after delivery.
